WASHING ROTATING NOZZLES
  1. The washer is fitted with double washing rotating nozzles which helps the jet of water hits the handle and the walls too.

PRESS-ON CAPPER

The PRESS-ON CAPPER is a linear machine that employs precise pressure application to securely affix caps onto bottles, ensuring a reliable seal. It includes:

  1. Cap hopper
  2. Canal chute
  3. Device to snap the cap on the neck
  4. Specialized cap sterilization systems prevent any contaminating agents present on the caps from coming into contact with the bottle necks.

DECAPPER

  4. Utilizes a combination of digital camera and fiber optic detectors for inspection
LEAK TESTER

NEW CHANGE OVER SYSTEM

Kasproc’s line handles both 3/5G and 5/10L PET one-way bottles with a quick changeover system, balancing minimal downtime and maximum hygienic safety.

C.I.P. SYSTEM

To maintain bottle hygiene, we first sterilize the parts in contact with the product using a CIP unit, which can operate automatically or semi-automatically with hot or cold solutions.
